I was disappointed that my order couldn't be delivered on Sat., Sept.2, as requested when I placed it early afternoon the day before. Since my order was in response to a holiday weekend promo I got when I signed into the Avas website, it seemed odd to be told very late the next day that it could not be completed because of staffing shortages due to the holiday. Having said that, though, the order was delivered as re-scheduled on Tues., Sept. 6, and the recipient was very pleased with it. In the picture she shared with me, the arrangement looked very nice, and she said that Avas is her favorite florist in CF. So it's very likely that I will use Avas in the future. I appreciated the follow-up messages including a $15 off coupon on my next order. I will count on the problems with this delivery being the exception to Avas generally good service. Thank you!
