The service I received from Avas was excellent. The person whom I spoke with on the phone who took my order was courteous, the call was short and to the point, and the flowers I ordered were received within two hours of when I called.

Everything went well in ordering, but I was told I would be notified after the delivery was made. I never was notified. the next day I got a thank you from Sally that she received the flower arrangement. if you are going to tell people they will be notified via e-mail of delivery, you should make sure you do that. But other than that, it was fine.
