I have never used a flower delivery service in the Three Rivers area before. I just found Avas Flowers online and called. The gentleman who took my order was polite and worked hard at getting all of my information correct. My plant arrived as he promised and the recipients said it is beautiful. The background noise of people talking loudly during my order was a little annoying which made it difficult for us to hear each other. Perhaps orders should be taken in a quiet room somewhere other than where he took my order. On the whole, it was a good experience and I will use Ava's Flowers again!

My friend received the flower bouquet and said it was beautiful, and then quite a few days later she said the flowers were still blooming and in great condition! Thank you for your quality service.
