With the technology we have today it would be nice to see pictures of the items delivered. I live 650 miles away and was not able to attend the memorial service for my sister-in-law's mother. It was awkward to ask her to take pictures of the flowers sent to show my elderly mother. By the way, the flowers were beautiful! Thank you. Deborah Yancey

Ava's was expedient and flowers arrived pretty close to their pictures and on time as requested. However, when you have to make a change, it was difficult to make the change so be sure to double check the order prior to hitting 'buy'. If you could call someone for the change it would be much more convenient. Thank you.
