My only issue was I needed to change the room number after I had placed my order and the link that was supposed to be emailed to me to do so was never sent so I wasn't sure the recipient would get the flowers or not. Thank goodness she did. We were told they were beautiful.

The flowers were lovely and the delivery timing was great. I had forgotten to call ahead and Ava's responded on short notice the night before and got the flowers there in plenty of time prior to the start of the funeral service. Thank you for understanding the need and responding so wonderfully. I would certainly recommend their products and services!

To the people Ava's Flowers: As a temporary resident of Boca, A rapid need was required to send a birthday bouquet to dear friend who was celebrating her97th birthday. I was already a day late and hoped I could find a responsible florist to send them. My trusty cell phone located you and one call solved my problem. The flowers were sent and Recorded the next day. My friend called as as they were delivered. She Was ecstatic and said they were the best roses she had ever received.. Thank you Avas for a job well done!!! Lee Hirsch
