It was good business with you. I believe you did not have that plant i ask for first so we sent another. Was it the same? It didn't look like the picture i just seen you sent on my feed back. I was pleased with the girl who took my order and she stated it would be 49.99. I thought I saw on your web page that delivery would be free. But when I received the invoice for the order it was 68.93. There was no detail so I am assuming there was tax(which I knew would be there) and a delivery charge. If this is not correct, please advise me.

You need FANTASTIC in the experience ratings, because GOOD isn't good enough! The flowers and the service were outstanding! My daughter loved the flowers, their presentation, and their fragrance, and they arrived just as requested. The email notice of delivery was a wonderful touch.
