The order was perfect. She loved the flowers. In fact the lilies in the order are her absolute favorite. The only thing I wish was different was I got a delivery confirmation email an hour before the flowers were delivered. I had to call customer service who had to call the actual store who called the delivery driver. Needless to say, the customer service is immaculate. And I should know, I work in a call center myself. But rest assured the representative assured me that the driver made a mistake and the wrong confirmation email was sent. Literally as soon as the call ended I received a text that she got the flowers. I will definitely do business with again. Thank you for making her Valentine's Day amazing for someone who couldn't physically be there with here.

The delivered flowers were very similar to the picture, though a little messy looking.

I was very impressed with how easy it was to order. I also liked being able to track my order and know when it was delivered.
