The girl who took my order was very pleasant. The only complaint I have is that she quoted me a price of $59.00 for the lily plant and did not mention the extra fee for the bow, etc. After taking my credit card information said the total was $82.92. I had to ask how we got from $59.00 to the higher amount. That information should have been given up front.
