Flowers were great and looked amazing, but I paid the extra $9 to get it delivered before 1p.m. and it wasn't delivered until approximately 3p.m. it wasn't an issue overall, but if a service is offered it should be completed accordingly especially with an extra fee that people are willing to pay.
