It was good the way you kept in touch. We were particularly pleased that your delivery was so soon after we ordered. In the past, ordering for my family in the states was difficult as it was unpredictable when things would be delivered. My sister-in-law was delighted with the plant. Good news for you Is that she was so pleased, she immediately took a photo and put it on facebook. The downside of this is that near by daughter-in-laws name, Sherilee, there are two?? I think if you have a question about spelling etc you should either go with what the customer sends or email a question. Otherwise, it could be embarrassing.
