Online ordering was easy and swift. I did not sign my card initially and they went out of their way to call to confirm that was my intent. Of course it was not and they graciously added my closing. The recipients raved about the beauty of the arrangement. Disappointed I did not see it!

WE placed our order over the phone. We found your site on the internet. The fellow taking our order was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to arrange for the delivery - that same day, even though it was well into the afternoon. We only had one beef and that was - - we had asked that the card going with the flowers said Dr. David and Dr. Keri Hiebert as they are both Dr.'s but when the flowers were delivered, the card just said to Dr. David & Keri Hiebert. The Dr.'s did say that the arrangement was beautiful. Thank you!

I was very happy with the customer service and product that was ordered and sent in a timely fashion... which was spot on and can't thank you enough. I however had a problem reaching a real person the day of delivery which was the only problematic for me. I do want to reiterate that your staff are very helpful and great. I want to thank you again!!
