The overall experience was wonderful. The person I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. The flower bouquet was beautiful, my fiancé loved them. I would definitely order through Ava's flowers again!

The recipient was very pleased with a beautiful poinsettia plant she received. She said it was red, however, we did specify a pink poinsettia when we ordered. We did not tell her it was supposed to be pink, however. Overall, it was a very well received delivery. Greeting card was handwritten which we thought was a nice personal touch. Thank you. Your Delivery notification was helpful.
