I have not heard from Jean regarding her delivery. I live in Ca and looked for a floral service in Jean’s area last year. I returned to Avas again this year. Ordering was easy and the choices were nice. The only thing that bothered me was that the service fee amount was not quoted specifically. This can be quite important to those of us on tight budgets. There WAS a statement saying tax and service fee had not been factored in, but I didn’t think it would be $15. (Customer service did explain all this in a propt email.) Linda Balanesi

Sending birthday wishes from the west coast could not have been easier. I loved viewing the selections, deciding on an arrangement that looked very much like one I received for my birthday! I have not heard from Jean yet, so I do not know what it looked like when received.
