I appreciate your timely feedback, delivery tracking, and quality product. I wish that the price included the additional fee at the outset rather than during the payment process because I don't like extra fees. Just include your fees in the original price please. I found the process for speaking to a live human a bit frustrating. When I was trying to find out about the delivery status and I could see that the flowers were to be delivered by 4:00 pm and they weren't when I called I had to go through several automated messages to finally get a person who could investigate the status. And, the person I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Also, the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Thank you.

For the second year, at Christmas time, I ordered flowers for my friend on Amelia Island. She sent me a picture of the vase of lillies. I am so pleased with the bouquet....... especially,since she was expecting dinner guests and they would serve as her table centerpiece!
