I ordered flower for my nephew which had a surgery on the day that he was released which I did not know. Took three days to redirect the flower to his home while I was promised to be delivered next day which I had provided telephone and address, Why took three days I do not know but finally on Saturday was delivered instead Thursay which was promised to redirect. Thanks John
