I had received a text confirming delivery but my family had not received the flowers. They searched around the building a couple times and called Avas. As I was working and on the West Coast, I had missed the emails Ava's had sent me. The flowers did arrive late in the day and fortunately, before my father passed. They were certainly beautiful and I thank you for the same day delivery.
