I was extremely pleased with the service I received and with the fact that my delivery order was delivered before Christmas! I waited until the last minute to send the Christmas arrangement since my friend normally goes on a cruise for the holiday. The gentleman that took my order was terrific; it was a pleasant experience to order with him! My mom loved her flowers and her card! She said the bouquet was huge, and she loved the butterfly card. Her friends in the senior apartment complex have been stopping by to admire her flowers, so she's very happy, and I'm happy, too! Thank you for your great service and follow through!

Living out of state and needing an arrangement for a special occasion, I looked on the internet and came upon Ava's Flowers, so I decided to call them. After speaking with the representative I was very happy with the ordering process. When I had to possibly delay the arrangement delivery, Ava's Flowers was very accommodating and the Customer Service was exceptional. I would def recommend Ava's Flowers.
