Easy ordering, prompt service. Have not heard from the recipient about the quality of the arrangement. Only hiccup was when I asked for the code to be texted to me it never arrived so I had to ask for a phone call to get the code. No big deal, all worked out.

I did not attend the viewing as I am in different state. According to a family member who was at the viewing, the flowers were beautiful which I thank you for.

Great doing business with you! Had trouble during the confirmation part of the online order - where I could select "home" or "cell" phone for the code to input. Both numbers entered were my home phone and I was at work. So I called the customer service number and spoke with a VERY PLEASANT young man -- I WISH I could remember his name. He asked me to stay on the line at the end of the call and complete the short survey, but when he said "goodbye", I just automatically hung up. Arg. I hope you can find out who I talked with and give him whatever perks come with an EXCELLENT rating on the survey! Thanks!
