My experience couldn't have been better from start to finish. The person with whom I placed the order was knowledgable and thorough, but what really blew me away was that i was both emailed and texted on the day my order was delivered with the exact time it was delivered. That, to me, is superior customer service. Also, the receipient was thrilled with the flowering plants - she said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Many thanks!
