I haven't purchased flowers in a while but I do understand how expensive they are. I went to visit my friend in the hospital and saw the flowers. While they were very pretty, I was shocked at how small they were. My friend, however, was delighted by them and the balloon. She enjoyed watching the buds opening. It's a nice touch that you included buds not fully open so that the flowers will last longer.
