This was a good experience from start to finish. The flowers were ordered and delivered on the same day. The recipients loved them. Although they were not at home when the flowers were initially delivered, a note was left for them to call and let you know when they would be home. This was done, and the flowers were delivered shortly thereafter. When I called to check on the delivery, my call was handled respectfully, and promptly. Thank you for such a good experience!
