Extremely friendly on the phone when I placed my order. I needed it sent very quickly for a unexpected funeral the Saturday after Thanksgiving and it was no problem to fill it with only a days notice. If you ordered online you could receive a discount and free shipping, but I had questions so I called before placing my order and instead of having to go back online they helped me fill my order and honored the discount! The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL! The family said it was one of the nicest ones there. They even took it home rather than leaving it grave side because it was so nice. I would highly recommend them!

My Aunt in Illinois passed away and, unfortunately, I was unable to attend as I live in Texas. I've used Ava's Flowers for most of my relatives funerals as I have several elderly ones that have passed away in the previous few years. My brother did attend my Aunt's funeral and said the flowers from Ava's were beautiful - in fact, they were the nicest there. I will continue to use Ava's for my out of town needs.
