Your ordering site and automated notification process is awesome! One of the best processes I've seen. Made the ordering process a breeze and the ability to confirm delivery online gave peace of mind that my daughter received her birthday flowers on time (same day!). I will definitely use this florist again since I live 4 hours away from Boone and both of my daughters live there.

I was helped by Eddie who answered the phone. I told him I was looking at your website and wanted to order an item off the website. I asked Eddie a few questions; what was the delivery charge, would my flowers arrive yesterday and what were my options as far as bouquets. Eddie answered all my questions professionally and got my order taken and assured me a lovely bouquet would be delivered yesterday. As promised I was sent multiple texts confirming my order, costs, delivery time and confirmation of delivery. Very nice job using technology to communicate so effectively.
