Although my ordered was not delivered, I really had a good experience with customer support. They were very kind and understanding and apologetic. My money was refunded promptly. I would recommend Avas Flowers to my friends and family.

Thanks for a great experience. I live in Minnesota and needed a florist in Hudson, FL to send some sympathy flowers for a funeral. I ordered an arrangement with you and accidentally gave you the wrong date, too early. When I realized my error I was fearful that I would need to pay for the arrangement a 2nd time to be sent on the correct date. I called you and it turns out you checked with the funeral home and discovered I had given the wrong date and put my order on hold until the correct date. Thank you so much. Jill Kirkwood
