I'm still waiting for a reply to my email about the 10% off coupon for new customers that popped up on my screen after I had submitted my order. As suggested if discount wasn't given, I called right away and was told the order had already been submitted and couldn't be changed...seems strange and no real reason given. Would have been nice to talk to someone who could actually DO something about this.....
