I received 2 phone calls asking for authorization to change my original order---which was tulips---to roses because the tulips you had were not fresh. I appreciate your calls to ensure that my order was as beautiful as I had expected it to be with my original order. The recipient was sooo pleased she sent me a picture. The arrangement of roses was gorgeous. Thank you.

Your Service was not "Good". It was EXCELLENT!! My Sister had checked into the hospital using her first, middle and last name; which she never does. It's always middle name, maiden initial and last name. Naturally, the hospital couldn't find her. She was being dismissed that evening to her home in another state, almost 30 miles away. Her roses, with the Teddy Bear were delivered to her home at no extra charge. I am in TX and she is in SC, so I did get to see pictures of that beautiful arrangement. Your operators on the phone with an almost panicked customer, were kind, helpful and all around professional. This is my 2nd time to deal with Avas and SURELY won't be my last, since ALL my family lives elsewhere. Thank you to Avas and each person that dealt with me. God Bless....Joy M. Koch
