I am pleased with my service however, I requested a call using the automated prompts on your service. I selected the time slot 2-230 on 10/15, which I assumed would be 3-30 my time(GA). To my surprise, I never received any call back. I just wanted to confirm the flowers could be left on the front porch if there was no one available. I also sent an email about that on the evening I placed the order 10/14, but the response I received seemed like a template and didn't address my question fully.
