I wasn't aware that I hadn't connected to my local florist until halfway through the order process. The service was good and the basket arrived in time. I did make a correction to the card, which I was able to see. That was nice.

It was very easy to deal with your staff and they were able to deliver the three bouquets I ordered by the end of the day I placed the order. Although I did not actually see the flowers, I received thank you notes saying they were lovely. I would gladly use your services again

Ray was very helpful but I was nervous that the flowers were delivered at 2:30 instead of 12:00. However, I have heard reports and it looks like the display is wonderful. Actually, they said it was the most beautiful one there, so I am happy. and again, know that Ray is a great sales person and a delightful person to talk to when purchasing so make sure he gets a raise. thanks Vivian Montgomery
