I ordered balloons for my brother's birthday with no mention of the fact that he was turning 90. I thought I was just ordering 6 balloons. The sentiment on his card wished him a happy 90th birthday. When his wife sent me a picture of the balloons, I saw that a giant "90" balloon was included that I did not specify. So, someone there took the initiative to include to giant "90" balloons to my surprise. I'm very, very grateful for the thought & creativity on the part of your staff to think "above & beyond" my standard order. THANK YOU AGAIN VERY MUCH!!

The recipient of the 70th birthday floral bouquet in Louisville, Kentucky was so surprised and pleased! The shop called her the day before the scheduled delivery date and asked if they could deliver then, because an ice storm was coming in. That impressed me.
