I didn't see the basket of flowers that were delivered,but family called and said it was a very pretty arrangement. when you order flowers you don't know the company so you don't know what kind of service you will receive.. I was pleased with the service.

The receiptant was really pleased with the flowers, said they were beautiful, lots colors, nice basket. She said, "I don't know where you ordered flowers from, but they are very nice.". Loved hearing the compliment. I continue to order through Ava's Flowers.

I have used Avas several times and have NEVER been disappointed. You guys send nice selections of extremely fresh flowers. They always arrive at the time needed. I can think of nothing you could do better. You have customer service down to a science...thank you.
