I had a great experience. Flowers were delivered as promised. Initially I made an error with the delivery address and ended up talking to customer support. I explained my issue: first I put my name where I should have put my wife's name. Second I had to change the address I put 406 and it should have been bldg 405. Great support, the changes were made all was fine. Thank you.
