The person who took care of me went above and beyond, and I appreciate it. I'm 85, and have been using computers since 1982, but every now and then an app just won't listen to me. He was very patient, and when I finally went from my phone to my laptop everything worked great. I am glad you are in Iowa...if it was New York or New Jersey, he would have been very rude by the time I finally paid! Thanks again, and have a Merry Christmas. James Canfield
