Pleasant experience to deal with your company. Sadly, our relative, Connie, had passed away the evening prior to the flowers being delivered. Her daughter told me they were beautiful though. I was not aware she was that bad, unfortunately.

I felt the person I spoke with handled my order professionally, especially given that the call was late in the afternoon from Alaska and the funeral was the next morning at 0900 am. Under most situations I would have provided a greater lead time for an order but I had to track down exactly where the funeral would be held. Thank you for your help.
