Tried to order on line ( for a funeral), but had questions. Was pleased & relieved to find the phone answered after 9:00 PM - and with helpful people. As I am in Florida & the service in Upstate NY, I was unable to attend but received this message : "your flowers were gorgeous "

These flowers were delivered on the correct day (very important) and my daughter said the arrangement was lovely. I selected the "good" version of the basket and didn't upgrade--seems that it was just fine. Thank you to Avas.
