The experience was great, start to finish! The selections were very good, the customer service was excellent, and the delivery (and driver) was outstanding. The order was same day delivery, which, in and of itself, is probably stressful, but in the middle of the order I needed to change the delivery address. The interaction with Customer Service was a pleasure, and they bent over backwards to accommodate me! Well done!

My daughter called me as soon as she received them and said they were beyond gorgeous. I needed something special to let her know we are always thinking of her. She is 39 but is still my child and misses me because we just moved from Iowa , where she lives, to New York. Thank you so much for delivering the plant to Dan Clarahan at the hospital in Cedar Rapids. The woman that took the order was outstanding. She was prompt - paid attention to details & knows all of the products available. Scale of 1 to 10 I would rate her a solid 10. Again- thank you for offering outstanding customer care!!!
