Thanks for the speedy service. And she really liked the flowers. I thought the "service/handling" charge was excessive, though. I appreciated the waived delivery charge but the extra $14.00 fee I'm finding hard to justify. Doesn't the cost of the arrangement include the 'handling' of the flowers? Are you not pricing your product correctly and using this fee to recoup any loss? This charge was a bit of a surprise, only showing up on the last page to complete the order (but not showing up on my receipt!) I went ahead with the order anyway for expediency.
