I appreciated that personnel called to ask if delivery could be made to the chapel rather than the home. I didn't know the address or name of the chapel. The people at the florists went beyond the information I gave and requested my permission to deliver it elsewhere. It worked out much better. Thank you.

My friend in Virginia was overwhelmed with the beauty of the floral basket. Your service is top notch number one!!! The only thing that I was disappointed in was that I wasn't offered the free shipping that was shown in your ad. I guess I was supposed to enter a code but didn't see that until my order had been placed. It would be nice, when spending that much, if the person taking the order would have mentioned it. Other than that, everything was great and I would use your services again and, perhaps, recommend you. Dianne Shubin
