It was very easy to order online and they were delivered on time. My granddaughter sent me a picture of what the flowers looked like and I was very happy with all of it. My experience with Ava's was very good. I chose you after seeing your webpage and viewing sample bouquets. The webpage is well-done and easy to use. I also spoke with a rep, who was polite and helpful in answering my questions, and although she said the delivery couldn't happen until several hours after my preferred time, the flowers actually were delivered exactly when I'd requested. I'm in California so didn't see the flowers. However, family members assured me that they were beautiful, and the recipient was very pleased.
