My 2nd go with Avas. The rep on the phone (Winston) was very nice and flowers were delivered when expected. In both cases, the recipients sent photos and the arrangements matched the pix online. Thank you

I was a little surprised to hear from a friend that saw the flowers that were delivered that they thought the "What a treat bouquet" that was delivered was pretty small. I ordered the "premium" upgrade hoping that would ensure that an impressive size bouquet would be delivered. The photo on the web site must have been misleading or maybe it was missed in processing my order that I requested the premium upgrade.
