I was very happy with the service. The operator named Richard that I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. The flowers were delivered in plenty of time before the service. It was a good experience in general.

The flowers were beautiful and were delivered timely. The only thing I would change on my next order is the ferns. I thought they detracted from the beautiful arrangement.

It was so easy and the customer service rep Gentleman was great. He was very helpful and thorough. He was very friendly and had good customer relation skills. If I lived in the area I would use Avas flowers more often. Great experience. She received her flowers in a very prompt manner and was so excited about them! Keep up the great service!
