Flower delivery was made on 2nd attempt - recipient was unavailable to receive them on the first delivery attempt. I was notified and made arrangements to have them delivered the next day. I ordered this arrangement for my friend who is recovering from an illness. She was so happy when they arrived that it placed a smile on her face because they were so beautiful. I was also impressed when Avas sent me an email stating the exact time the flowers were delivered. That was comfort to know the arrived within 24 hours. Our experience of ordering was very easy. The staff was helpful and courteous. We liked the examples or samples that we were shown on-line. ( We ordered the Rainbow Roses!) My sister loved the selection and thought they beautiful and different! Thank you for being there for us. Looking forward to using you in the future!

The family indicated that the arrangement was just lovely and they were very appreciative. I am especially thankful because it is always daunting to order for people out of state when you are unable to actually see the results. I also appreciate that the staff delivered the arrangement prior to the service per our request.
