Dear Avas As a customer from the UK for a delivery in New Hampshire, there are sometimes little problems with orders, but my experience this time was definitely better. I could not contact you on your published telephone number to verify my phone number for payment - apparently because my number was international. I think the online ordering page should say that. Thanks to helpful emails from Inez K, I was eventually able to phone you on another number and the person I spoke to told me i did not need to verify the phone number. She also was very helpful. Good customer services, Avas. And the gourmet gift basket was delivered as expected and was much appreciated. Thank you.

We did not get to see these in person as it was for a family member who passed. Her family said it was gorgeous and it arrived right on time. Thank you for making it so easy to order and get flowers delivered in another state. I have used this company many times.
