The thing I was most pleased with was the service. I was sending flowers to my daughter for her birthday and I didn't realize that she had a plane to catch and would be leaving her office early that day. I called Ava's and explained that I needed an earlier delivery time. The man who answered was very helpful and said he would see that it got delivered earlier and it was!

The recipient was pleased with the arrangement, and I was pleased that it arrived in timely fashion. With all such services, however, I really wish the true cost of the item would be posted. Otherwise, it seems like a bait and switch.
