I believe the young man that helped me over the phone was named Curt. I was so frazzled when I called on Friday because not only was I dealing with the loss of my Aunt, but I am a thousand miles from home and had been frantically trying to figure out a way to make it home for her funeral. Once I hit a dead end, I found Ava's flowers online and called to send the nicest flowers I could find. Curt went over my order several times as I was having trouble delivering the information because I was so emotionally exhausted. My mom sent pictures of the arrangement and it was gorgeous. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service, and beautiful flowers. Haley Collins
