Beautiful flowers, prompt service, reasonable price

Hello, Avas Flowers! I ordered the white bouquet Saturday for same-day delivery and almost immediately received a nice email followup to a phone call (I missed while away from home), saying the white was not available, yellow would be substituted, and delivery would take place Monday. All this is perfectly understandable; flowers aren't always in season and shortages can occur, it is the nature of the business. I surely appreciate your care in notifications and doing everything possible to deliver an attractive substitute as soon as possible. These were flowers for bereaved family members, and I just received a nice call from them thanking me for the lovely, beautiful flower arrangement you sent -- they were deeply touched and very pleased by the flowers you delivered. In turn, I surely thank you for your kind efforts on my behalf and want to reassure you I will use your services and firm in the future.
