I had a little trouble ordering on the website with a pop-up ad, so I called and spoke with a person who helped me place the order, including an additional discount. She was friendly, polite, accurate with directions for me, and for placing my order. Very pleasant, positive experience. The flower arrangement arrived on time and was similar to the photo online. I will use Avas Flowers again in the future.
