I was very happy with the very last minute order of the funeral spray and having them delivered that same day. The lady I talked to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I was even more impressed when my request for a last minute change to the message On the sympathy card was an easy process. The spray was beautiful when I saw it at the funeral home, but then when I saw the card on the flowers and it had the wrong message I was upset. i also think the message would have looked better if typed/printed rather than handwritten.
