You guys are awesome! You took the time to make sure the bear and balloons I ordered were delivered. I didn’t have her correct name on the order or the room number. You called me and let me know you couldn’t deliver, but then, the nursing home called you and let you know they found LuAnn and you went back and delivered the bear and balloons to her. LuAnn is a special person and she loves balloons, you made her day and my dad! Thank you for going above and beyond!
