My first impression was when I overheard the delivery person being polite to my mom and you could hear she was in a great mood. The arrangement that was delivered looks better than picture on your website. Not to mention the fresh smell of the whole bouquet. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I live in NM and needed a reliable flower delivery in the Edwardsville, IL area. I was nervous but I took a chance on Ava's Flowers. Their website was easy to use and the price point was excellent. Thank you for making such an important flower delivery a piece of cake. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I was rather surprised to see that I had to pay extra for the card and the ribbon around the basket. The photo showed one blooming plant and two others. The one sent was lovely but not a blooming plant.

Ordering from out of state is always nerve-wracking. Will it be like the picture? Will the florist substitute? The bouquet was beautiful. I even asked for some personalization, which I was a little nervous about too. It was done well, and I really appreciate the extra touch.
