When ordering flowers on-line I found your practice of adding an additional charge of $10.00 at the end of the ordering process to be deceptive and highly objectionable. Your justification was to guarantee the flowers to be fresh and last for 6 days. When ordering flowers from a reputable florist and spending the best part of $100.00 I would expect that without paying an extra charge. You advertise free delivery but then add on this bogus charge. I would not have felt I was cheated if you just charge $10.00 for delivery instead of advertising free delivery and sneaking this charge in on the end. Sincerely, Bill Whisman
